Giving to Charis

Did you know that we donate 405 Prisoner-to-Prisoner daily devotional books every quarter? These booklets are given freely to insiders at Duluth, Faribault, Rochester, Sandstone and Shakopee. The cost of each devotional is roughly $1.30. This is our largest expense, followed by the annual hosting fee for our Charis of Minnesota website. 

We  praise God that we are able to begin weekend retreats following the pandemic! Expenses will include replacing and replenishing supplies. In addition, with recently revised talks and meditations, our Freedom Guides need to be updated.

Normally weekend volunteers have raised enough funds for the weekend, with left over dollars used to cover organizational needs. We have been blessed to have these resources, but since we have not been able to have teams, this funding has been non-existent. Fiscally, Charis of Minnesota is on solid ground.
